It is a great place to work out. They have a lot of free weights and cardio machines, the staff will go out of their way to help you if they can. I only have one negative about the gym, even though I have an mp3 player I wear, where is the radio. Maybe yall are trying to get something set up, if so sorry for the comment. The body shop all in all is a great place to work out , get a hair cut, or even do a little mma. It really is what the doctor ordered. Thanks body shop. I almost forgot, you can even get a tan.
