Worst experience ever! Most unprofessional owner ever. He is so rude and disrespectful. We promptly sent him deposit and was assured that we were getting an up to date 14 passenger Limo. We got a 14 passenger limo with rust on the outside in plain view for our clients. The running boards had been screwed on after apparently falling off. Then when you call to confront him about it he basically says either deal with it or leave your clients standing in the street. REALLY??? That is not how you do business and I am going to do everything in my power to let everyone know how he is. Word of mouth goes a long way.

We used Bare Minimum Limo for a birthday event. We had 5 ladies and George was our driver. We had the best time. I will definitely use this company again and will suggest it to anyone that is looking. They were on time and very accomodating to us. The price is very reasonable too. Thanks Wes and your crew. We loved it!

I used A Bare Minimum Limo service as a surprise for my daughter on her Sweet 16 Birthday, mainly because it was affordable and I was so very pleased. The owner,Wes, was so very professional and pleasant in every phone call and e-mail. He told me what to expect from his business and followed through from the time of our initial contact to when my daughter and her friends and family were delivered to her party destination. My daughter was really surprised and they had a great time. I am extemely protective when it comes to my two kids and would have never chosen this service if I had not been confident that they would be safe and would be treated special and respected. Several family members and friends have inquired about this limo service and I have gladly recommended "A Bare Minimum Limo Service" to all of them. Check this business out. I know you will be pleased.

I was reading the response about the business owner (Wes Ray) being a rude jerk. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I made a suggestion about his website and he told me to get a life. Anyone who would talk to a potential customer and someone who took the time to write some useful information (customer perception) to help a small business. This person obviously shouldn't be in the service business if he can't even provide basic courtesy to people.

Bare Minimum has accommidated me for every kind of event in the Triangle i can think of. I've used them for Canes games, Duke games, concerts for not only Walnut Creek but for for Koka-Booth as well. They were always on time, the cars looked great, and the service was the highest calibur. Thanks so much for getting myself and my friends around safely and quickly...Chris Baker

A Bare Minimum Limousine was the best choice I made to take my parents to their surprise 40th anniversary party.

Not only was the service cost effective and prompt he even called about 5 minutes from his first destination to make sure everything was still on schedule. As I said before this was a " surprise " and he played along perfectly. The car I rented was the 8 person limo and was in exceptional condition, clean, cooler stocked,and smelled like it was brand new. The driver was very courteous,well mannered and very well dressed. The owner of the company was very helpful in all aspects of the process of me figuring out what I would like for their special ride. Did I mention they even roll out the red carpet for you.....I will continue to use this company every time I need it!

Ok here it is My friend and I rented a limo from a limo service in Durham by the name of A Bare minimun limo, We called around all over the place hunting down the best deal and when wee finally got what we thought was a great deal boy were we suprised what we got.



The limo that we got was a vintage 1990 limo that had been around for decades. We think a stripper or somerthing had died back there because there was a smell that was terrible from the carpet. my friend lifted the ice cooler up and saw some black mildew and a dead spider. Yucky Yuck



We were very un-impressed we only paid $99.00 for the hour of the rental but I think it would have been all the same to have ridden in Jens car as we were all grossed out. My mom booked it for us but we were forced to use it when the owner wes told us to use it or lose it.



I am very unhappy dont let this happen to you. Make sure you know the year of the limo before you rent it as we did not and this is what happened to us. EEEEEKKKKK!!!!
