Provided by YP.comThe service was horrible and the work sub-par. We had to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and with a news agency investigative reporter because while our Lexus Hybrid was at Johnson Collision at Wakefield was in the shop for accident repair on the front bumper, we found a crack in our windshield which was not present when we put the vehicle in Johnson Collision at Wakefield for repair. When we called the insurance company to file a complaint, the manager/owner lied and said that he offered to pay the collision deductible to us but we refused. This was untrue. When our insurance company contacted him about covering the collision deductible that he supposedly offered, he lied and said that because I called and disrespected him, he decided to not honor his offer to pay the collision deductible. The problem with this lie is that he and I did not speak after he spoke to the insurance company regarding our complaint against his company nor did I curse at him as he accused me. The owner/manager and I only spoke once and that was prior to our calling the insurance company and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. The owner/manager of Johnson Collision at Wakefield was non-caring and so what during our conversation which has now caused our campaign to let others know of his poor customer service and lack of personal integrity.
