The worst management company I have ever experienced. They do not even rate ONE star!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The stuffs are very nice but the manager was always aggressive and hostile. I've never had one conversation with him when I felt respected or they value our money. I pay everything in advance just to make minimize contact with the manager. Thanks god I only have to deal with them when paying HOAs, otherwise this would be the last place on earth we would want to do business with. I couldn't imagine renting with them!!!! The only time you are treated like a customer is when you pay. But when doing their part of the job, they fail all the time and give you a huge attitude!!!!

I was interested in viewing one of Cherry Realty's properties after seeing the property online and also driving by the location in person. Cherry Realty has a key check-out system in order to view the property, so I drove down to the office to pick up a key, which is about 30 minutes from my current residence. After a 20 minute drive from the office to the rental property, I was VERY surprised and extremely disappointed that the key they had provided was NOT the key to the property!! The tag on the key was the correct address, but not the correct key! I had driven almost an hour (to the office, then to the property) and I couldn't even view the interior of the residence! I returned the WRONG key to the office and decided that I did not want to do business with a company that is obviously unorganized and unprofessional. It was apparent that the employees could care less to rent the property, since they didn't even ask me if I would like to go back out with the correct key. In the end, I left without ever seeing the interior of the rental property and to be honest, I probably made a good choice in avoiding any and all business dealings with Cherry Realty
