Fine appointment but dishonest front desk. Called twice to have them verify my insurance and insurance coverage. Even provided my own recent XRays and insisted on new ones. Left with a $100 bill for a cleaning. Cannot trust them with money. I would avoid them; at the time of me checking out dentists I found a few instances of this in reviews but people weren't as thorough at checking with their insurance and the office (or so I thought) until it happened to me...since I have found those reviews have somehow been erased and filled in with fluffy reviews from what is most likely staff/family of employees - felt they were purposefully misleading. I'm a physician and was thorough about making sure the billing process lined up yet things still fell through. Bad experience.
