He does'nt know to cook indian food and also he is not experienced and speaks as if he is an Indian.

So I have always enjoyed the food at Dales when I have done takeout several times without issue. Tonight, I noticed that they offered delivery and I really felt like staying in so I thought I would give it a try... BIG MISTAKE!!! Apparently, the delivery map on the website is completely wrong. My address was well within the delivery area according to the map online so I placed my order. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour... a bit long but not a big deal. At 1 hour 15 minutes, I called just to check on the status. I was informed that the driver was on his way and it would be "5-10 minutes"

20 minutes later, the delivery driver called and told me that his GPS said it would take 30 minutes to get to my place (as I said, i get takeout there quite a bit and it's 15 minutes TOPS) so, even though the food was already packed up and in the car... and it had been an hour and a half since I ordered, he would not be able to deliver. No explanation as to why they couldn't let me know sooner after the order was placed. So now, I still have to get dinner and it's nearly two hours later. I do recommend the food but NOT the delivery or the service. It's like they just don't care whether people eat there or not.



I did enjoy the food, but I will NEVER be going back to Dale's after tonight.

Their matar paneer is the worst we ever ate anywhere, although we order it a lot and know that it can vary. We almost sent it back and regret that we didn`t. After the hors d`oeuvres they told us that we have to keep our cutlery as they only change the plates. That in a restaurant where a 1-course meal for 2 with 1 hors`oeuvre costs almost 40 dollars. Nice ambiance though.

I am Indian, I am Basically from Mumbai ,india and I regularly have Indian food outside. I've been to other Indian restaurants in the area and had a decent experience ,I wanted the best Indian food for my wedding because my Wife's parents are from India and we picked in this Indian Restaurant in down town because we have tried many Indian restaurants and we found this restaurant to be the best amongst the lot. The on site tandoor with exceptional decoration. When we went to the restaurant to settle the bill we were asked to share our experience with others and I thought of writting on the net. I can not thank anymore when I told the owners to give special attantion because I want my mother in law to be impressed and she was really impressed and I am glad we picked this indian restaurant to cater the wedding.The customer service was great and Offcourse India is Great Than That of Other Countries.I am very proud to be an Indian.REGARDS - Ashish Pandey ( Mumbai, India )
