My wife and I met with a beautiful, intelligent, and good hearted woman named Wandy Cubilete in the pain clinic. She was calming, friendly, and made me feel that things were going to be ok. Although she didn't reduce my pain, her people skills as a secretary were as effective as any doctor that has ever treated me. She looked me in my eyes and said "it's going to be ok." She got me in front of great doctors that she spoke very highly of, she responded to the many phone calls I had after leaving her office, and she even got my wife water when we sat waiting on my appointments to be setup. I have never had an experience in healthcare as good as I had with her. She is now my family. I encourage you to look her up if you are ever there. She will greet you will a smile that you will never forget and a since of competence and service that will make your week.
