The one lady I had to deal with in here was hateful, and seemed to not have time. I walked in the store with a return, she had customers in line and looked at me kinda rolling her eyes. I said "Excuse me ma'am I have a return". She stated "Do you have a receipt?" I stated "no but I just want to exchange this for something else that I do need". She stated Well we don't do returns, exchanges, nothin without a receipt". I knew this was bull but thanked her for informing me of this because I would never shop at this store again !!! I pulled up the Family Dollar return policy & spoke with an ACTUAL nice person who informed me they would be happy to exchange my return! I hope the manage of this store pays more attention to who he or she has working for them because of htis one person I will NEVER shop at this store again & will be telling all of my friends the same !!!!
