I went to the store in Durham to buy a recliner. Listened to some drama as the guy called the other store to arrange delivery as if it were some sort of ordeal to deliver furniture from a furniture store. He tried to persuade me to take it home disassembled in my car. He asked me some inappropriate personal questions as he was writing up the ticket. I bought the chair even though I had a bad feeling. When the two men showed up to deliver the chair I asked if they could put my old broken recliner out on the curb. They said no. I dragged it out to the curb today by myself with an injured knee. You may have a better experience in the Hillsborough store. When I was married and living in Hillsborough my wife and I bought some stuff there. My gripe is with the Durham store and the two moving guys who wouldn't do the courtesy of helping me out by moving my old chair to the road.
