I shop at this store and I think both the staff and their merchandise are wonderful. I worked in a jewelry store when I was in college and I'd say that they do a great job at meeting their customers needs. I work with Myrna every time I go there and she is fantastic! She's always helpful and enthusiastic and she remembers what my wife has in her jewelry box.

The above review is unfortunate but the person who bought that stainless steel bracelet should have known that steel cannot be fixed. Granted it might have looked nice initially but it's a classic case of you get what you pay for.

I'm a long time customer because I always feel good about my purchases and because I'm treated really well.
