Provided by YP.comI went in to purchase images for a Holiday greeting card, and specified that I wanted a CD with high res images. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled time, but still had to wait 15 minutes to get in a studio. We then had to wait another 15 minutes to get into the other studio (which had different decorations). Why do you do appointment times if you can't keep them? You have been doing this a long time, you should have figure it out by now.
Then when it comes time to review the packages, they start out at $300 (which is what I would expect to pay a professional photographer to do onsite and image processing). We scaled back from there and settled on 10 images. I asked if it came with a CD (because I had earlier indicated I wanted high res images), and she said yes. I got home and loaded the CD on my computer to find only low res images, and had to scan hard copies to get photos at a high enough resolution to use for a Holiday Card.
When I called to speak to a manager, she said that the photographer should have made this more clear, but that it is also indicated on the screen (no clue where). She said she couldn't do anything about it because the package I got didn't qualify, and offered no help, then hid behind "corporate policy" as to why she couldn't do anything.
Completely deceptive Sales practices, I can't discourage you enough from using them. I think they book too many appointments on purpose so you feel pressured and rushed, and just pick packages and pay so you can get your kids out of there, as it gets so crazy.

Provided by YPmobileI chose this studio to create a surprise photo for Father's Day announcing to my husband that we were having another baby. Long story short: the photographer was rude and not very good. After trying for ten minutes to pitch several hundreds of dollars in photos to me, she got mad that I stuck to my guns and paid only for what I'd budgeted for. She even threw my change on the counter (with my hand extended for it) as I paid after her used car salesman pitches. I'll remember that experience every time I look at the photo that marks such a wonderful occasion in our lives that we've prayed so long for.
Needless to say, I'll never go here again and will likely just invest in a camera myself, as I think I could get better shots on my own.
If you want a studio, try Jcpenney. They don't have as many backgrounds or accessories, but they're nice and our photos turned out fairly well

Provided by YP.comStay away from this location! We received the worst customer service ever from JACKIE!! - rude and didn't let us choose our background colors, and didn't listen at all to what we asked for. She just snapped and rushed (her session was a complete waste of time), she's unfriendly and unlikable, and she yelled at 2 other employees to "get back to work!". All around unprofessional, and would not recommend this location because of her. We had an appointment and it was 2 hrs later that we were finally out of there. I did observe during our wait that all the other photographers and staff were very friendly and accommodating - just not JACKIE!
