Charged me $17.15 for a suit that was dropped off on Friday for a Monday pickup. I came and the suit wasn't even in the bag, and when I asked about the price, owner says it was "too rushed" of a service. The husband snatched the suit out of my hand when I tried to inspect it... The lady then had verbal diarrhea as she was verbally attacking me. I felt bad and left. Take your business elsewhere bc these people don't know customer service. What ever happened to the customer is always right approach?
