Well, I bought a Harley night train from them.. A beautiful bike and sounded great... Then I found out that the bike doesn't run right when it warms up due to the aftermarket pipes that were already on the bike.. So the solution to the problem is either put the correct pipes back on the bike or install a fuel management module in order to tune it to the pipes.... Well, I brought the bike back and told them that they shouldn't sell a bike that's not in good running order and they said they will fix it and make it right... I'm alittle sceptical at this point and haven't been told it was ready... They really should make this right.... So I will let you all know when I get my bike back just how things went and if I'm satisfied.... Crossing my fingers!!!!

I traded my old Harley in on a new one and the dealer took over 30 days to pay off my old bike. That left a late fee on perfect credit that I now have to try and get rid of. The dealership does not care about it's customers. They do not return emails or phone calls unless you're buying something. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!!

parts department rip off

After I visited the parts department and was shown saddle bags with inserts in a book, I ordered them and returned that weekend to purchase them. The parts department salesperson took the bags and inserts out of the box and showed them to me before I paid for them. After paying almost $900.00, I ask the sales person to make sure everything was back in the box. He said that it was and he had taped the box back up so I couldn't check to make sure. After I got home and opened the box the inserts were not in it. I know that he showed them to me and that I paid for them.

I called the store back but the person that had waited on me was too busy with another customer to talk to me. The person that I talked with was the same person that rang up and took my money. He said that he didnt see anything left on the counter and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about.

I called back to talk to the manager and he said that Harley Davison didn't even sell inserts for the bags. I know that they were in the book I ordered from, I know that I saw them with my own two eyes, but with slight of hand they were never put back in the box with the saddle bags, and now even worse, no one there even acts like they know what I am talking about.

I guess now some one in the parts department must have new saddle bag inserts that don't even exist.....I sure don't!!!!
