We spent months seeking the right facility for our aunt. It's an overwhelming experience with many ads online claiming to offer the best care. Seasons impressed us with the friendliness of staff. We researched state & county facility inspections online. Seasons is one of the very few that has been a five star facility for 8 years with no demerits. We chose Seasons & have been delighted. Our aunt greets staff with hugs, they reciprocate & call her by name. Season's customizes activities for residents based on their needs & abilities. Our aunt was a hairdresser & the Activity Director provided her with wigs to style which made her so happy! The director, Matt Cross, is very hands on. He has an open door policy & always makes time to talk to us, address questions & provides information. In other facilities we toured, high staff turnover was an issue. Staff at Seasons consistently praise the director & clearly love their jobs. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found Seasons.
