I would never recommend using this shop. I went in for a routine oil change last fall and the technician drained my transmission fluid instead, in essence destroying my year old car and requiring a new transmission. I incurred over 7,000 dollars in damages. Although Snappy Lube reimbursed us for some of this we have still not received full financial restitution despite formal requests. This shop's negligence was not only a major financial strain but also put the lives of our family at risk as the car stopped working on a busy interstate with children present.
