They put carpeting down in a 375 sq foot space, that had been prepared, the carpet had already been removed. It still took them all day. Honestly, I didn't mind that it took them all day, I wanted them to do a good job. I left to pick up my kid from school and they meet me in the driveway, saying we're done and good bye. I came into a playroom that was dark. The curtain were originally tucked up so not to get in the way of the work. They had closed the curtains....well, I'm a MOM, it made me wonder what is wrong....what are they hiding? Lumps in the carpeting, many big ones, where it was not pulled tight. I called Tim and said they closed the curtains to hide the job they did. He actually tried to give an excuse, but I call it like I see it. The sun poured in across the carpet and you could see it! He said he would quickly call them and have them come back and fix it. Okay, they came back and I showed them where the lumps were, not that it wasn't obvious. They said they would try to fix it. After 10 minutes, one of the men asked me to take a look. There were still two other lumps. He complained about the concrete flooring and said the carpet was pulling from the wall. I asked, "how can we make it right?" "Carpet has been put down of concrete floor before, it's what we removed before you got here. " I said. They stayed another 5 minutes, I walked out on my back porch on the phone and they ran out the door. Seriously ya'll, they ran out the door, no fixing anything!!

I did not need to talk to Tim after all. Ms Sue, the owner, looked at the pictures of the work and was not satisfied with the quality or how her men treated the job. So she had her best Kevin, to come out, assessed the situation and he set the men to work making things right. I am SO Grateful!! It is a Company of Quality that stands behind their work. This company did just that. :-)
