UPack says on their website, ”The price may be lower than other moving companies, but the level of service isn't” My experience with them was the complete opposite of what they say. This will be my first time leaving a negative review of a business and I must do so this time because people deserve to know the truth.

I’ll keep it simple. Do not trust them saying what day or time the container will arrive. It will change at any time. If you are moving to a different state, this will create a huge mess in scheduling your move.

They apparently transport some other stuff besides your stuff in the same container. This led to ants’ infestation and all my stuff being covered in filth. The ants were found everywhere even inside a washer. (I will send you video clips if you request me.)

Things can surely happen. But what should not happen is total ignorance to a customer who is trying to communicate this in a polite and respectful manner. More than a month has passed since I first contacted them and there is still no response. I even filed a claim through the website and sent multiple emails. I wonder if they are just filtering all claims emails because there are so many.

I’m going to continue to reach them until I am no longer ignored and rightfully compensated for all the losses.
