My son bought a gift certificate for $33.00 which I misplaced. When I called the shop, they immediately told me that if a year had passed, they would not honor it. Can you imagine taking money for a service and then not honoring it. They sound like they have no idea of what the word "honor" means! Beware, business practices that are not honorable, should be avoided.

My experience for about 3 years now has been tremendously excellent! Everyone there is great, fantastic customer service, and knowledge. They all make sure everyone is treated fairly with correct services leaving each client with a smile .

I have been going there for about 15 years and Tammy and Jake are excellent. Everyone is very polite and professional. I normally have Tammy to do my nails but would have no problem with anyone doing my nails . They are all nice and knowledgeable.

As a client of Unique Nails for 18 years I can say I am always pleased with my pedicures and manicures. Such a relaxing and happy atmosphere. The artist are up on the latest trends and excited to introduce them to you.This is a shop I can always count on being pleased with the end results.

I recently went to Unique Nails for a manicure and pedicure before a family event and was taken advantage of by one of the "friendly" workers there. She was EXTREMELY unclear about the pricing in one of the treatments and I ended up losing a decent amount of money. The service that Unique Nails offers isn't bad, but definitely is not something to call home about. One could probably find the same level of treatment elsewhere, but with better customer service. I would not recommend this salon because the employees aggressively pressure their customers into more expensive treatments and are unclear about how much they will actually charge you.

i agree with cathy's words. i like unique nail. you can be relax with massage chair and your feet done. people in there are friendly and happy. they not only do your nails but make you feel happy and comfortable .

Unique Nails on Guess Road is a group of friendly and caring people who offer manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow services. Their nail designs are beautifully 'unique,' While relaxing in a massaging chair the pedicure is wonderful! The salon is clean and they are constantly sanitizing the foot bays after each client. I'm a long-time customer and have watched how they strive to make their clients feel welcomed and comfortable. Be sure to visit Unique Nails!
