Oyster River High School offers educational opportunities to students in grades nine through 12 and is located in Durham, N.H. Its academic departments include fine arts, business, English, family and consumer science, math, music, technology, science, social studies and world languages. Its technological resources include computer software, audio and video tapes, the Internet and multimedia. Its student services team comprises guidance counselors, a nurse, school resource officer, special education program coordinator and the district psychologist. The guidance department maintains information about colleges, college fairs, financial aid opportunities and careers. The school offers a variety of opportunities in extracurricular activities and after school practices, such as the student senate, National Honors Society and various sports, including basketball, track, swimming and ice hockey.
