Riverside Urgent Care in Dwight is not recommended. Children are turned away based on their insurance coverage. They wouldn't even take a cash payment for the office visit because the child has insurance, which is required by the government but is not supported by Riverside. So a ER visit is required for treatment of a ear infection. Where does logic fit? So Riverside by law can not turn you away at a ER but they can at a urgent care office. Which is more cost effective for them and promote quality heath care for the patient? Someone please explain!!!!!
