How do I even review this establishment when I never set foot in the door? After calling and giving them all of my insurance info and getting the order from the surgeon's office and exchanging voice-mails and waiting for call backs for FIVE DAYS, I still have yet even to be able to make an appointment. I explained to the Dyer facility that I needed transportation from Crete, they took it upon themselves to have Matteson call me... I did not want the Matteson facility. Then, yesterday, the poor transportation guy was ON HIS WAY to pick me up to take me to Matteson and called me. I had made no appointment with Matteson! I called Dyer to ask why I was being shuffled to Matteson... I further explained that I had arranged my own transportation and wanted DYER. The gal I spoke to said she would call me back in 30 minutes... Still waiting. HORRIBLE. Will not use this company.
