I recently came into the bakery because I wanted to have a cake made for my son’s birthday. I took in a picture of the cake I want and asked how much it would cost to make that cake. I was told the price and agreed to have them make it. When my husband sent me a picture of what the cake looked like I noticed right away that that wasn't what I wanted. So I emailed Renee to let her know and she proceeded to tell me that I was taking advantage of her and that because I used a gift card for part of the payment that I should not be so upset. I am very displeased with the response of Renee and to make matters worse Renee told me she would refund me $59 but in the end only refunded me $39. Once again she didn't do what she said she would.



Renee has tried to discredit my reviews on various outlets by saying I didn't place the order or by stating that the cake was for my husband’s son (indicating that he wasn't my son but I feel as if he is my husband’s son then he is also my son) when I did place the order and I have the original receipt to prove it.



From what I have seen Renee has a problem with being honest and if there are any individuals that want to see the email correspondences to see how she truly talks and treat her customers feel free to contact me I will gladly share them with you. You will see you disrespectful she is to her customers that don't like her work.
