The program itself was great...I learned exactly what I needed to pass my state test the first time. However...CPR was supposed to be included in our program and they "ran out of time" so we were told to pay for a cpr class and they would reimburse us...I am STILL waiting 6 months later. I have left countless emails and voice mails and no one EVER contacts me back. The people running the program seem to be out just for the money but the Instructor Kelli was AWESOME!!!! She made sure that we all knew the material inside and out...out of a class of 10 only 2 did not pass the test the first try (those 2 failed the written not the skills)
