If you're looking for a place to relax and get your nails done, this is the place. I've been a customer with them now for almost a year and I actually look forward to going there. The people are nice and they do good work. I will say that one of the male nail technicians messed up my nails once when I went in to get a fill. Apparently, he put one of the chemicals on at the wrong time or in the wrong order which resulted in me having a purple ring around the cutical area of my nails. I asked him if it was normal that day when he finished them and he assured me that it would go away. Well, it didn't. I went in 2 weeks later to get a fill and someone else did my nails that time. They asked me if I had gotten my nails done there last time and when I said "Yes", he said that they are not supposed to look like that. He attempted to fix them without having to put on a new set and while they do look somewhat better, it's still there. I would have gotten him to do a complete new set at that time but I didn't have the time or money for it. So, next time I go in, I'll have to get it done. I wasn't upset that he had messed up but I was kind of put off that they didn't offer to do a new set for free. Besides this one incident, I'd say this place has definitely met my expectations. The qualty of work they provide at this location is wonderful. I would most definitely recommend you getting one of their amazing pedicures. They are gentle. The mix of the stuff they do to you, the water temperature, and the heated massage chair is absolutely heavenly. If you're looking for a gift for that special someone in your life, I'd recommend treating them to a pedicure gift certificate. They will definitely love you for it!
