i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseMy expierience in this Hallmark is consistent, always disappointing. I actually hate going into this store. I was desperate - needed to find a snow babies ornament. The associate that helped me is the one that I believe to be rude, condiscending, snippy and overall a "stuck up" attitude. I am a store manager for luxury retailers, over 20 years, I know an outstanding employee and a snobby, uapproachable employee. Diane has never disappointed me in the latter! To be fair, they ALL act like they are doing you a favor to HELP you! I've been a loyal hallmark customer for 40 years, this is the only Hallmark I've found this level of service and candor. Usually I don't do surveys, but I thought this is my opportunity to voice my extreme dislike of this store! I will only return if I'm in a good mood that day so that I am not rude myself by letting them know how impertinent their attitudes are.
