Randy went out of his way to take care of a unique delivery for me. I saved a lot of money by calling Special Delivery for my delivery needs. Other couriers would not even quote my delivery, but Randy told me right up front that anything was possible and he would work it out.

That is what I call customer service, and not what I got from the other 5 couriers I called before.
