Best Memory Care caregivers out of 7 facilities my Mom has been in over 5 months. Caring, kind & respectful. Unlike many other facilities’ staff.

I observed the memory care unit several nights. Seen staff sitting on counter tops, a strong urine smell coming from 2 rooms across from the television sitting area. It's odor could be easily noticed in the middle of the sitting area. I noticed incontinence checks only done at the beginning and ending of the shifts. Food and mess on dining floor as well as overflowing trash containers. So sad for such a new facility. And definitely not under staffed. But as of posting this there are 0 employees on the unit.
