I have utilized this facility in the past several years for shoulder replacement, then back issues etc. I pulled my hamstring so I scheduled an appointment for today 9/9 at 11:00 only to find out it was scheduled for last Tues. 9/6. The person scheduling was very short and cold with her responses to my questions when scheduling last week and I thought, well, maybe a bad day. Well, I was told that the appointment was Tues and NOT today and I know it was today. Not a problem but the receptionist was actually rude, short and somewhat argumentative as to her date being accurate and she always repeats it three times but doesn't make reminder calls. I will never return to this facility due to the treatment by this individual. Even if the date were incorrect, a client or patient should never been treated as I was treated.
