Great customer service! I'm always greeted and everyone is very knowledgeable. I always have great experiences at the Eagle Home Depot.

Over a month ago we bought a security/stormdoor from this Home Depot. The day it was to be installed we were informed that the door we ordered had been mixed up with another order of the same door, but a different size. After waiting an additional two weeks on top of the month+ to get the door installed, we now have to wait an additional two weeks to get the door installed. Very poor customer service.

I went to Home Depot to price a new gas water heater.and inquire about their installation program I asked ******* for help, he couldn't tell the difference between a gas water heater or electric. LOL. He left me stating he would get a plumbing specialist "right now" 15 minutes later my wife and I left. I am NOT trying not to bash Home Depot I have had many favorable experiences at the store.

Management either needs to train people or get Manufacturers Reps in there that know what they are selling,
