WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THI...

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I looked on the web for several days before chosing and booking a bouncy house for my sons birthday with Utah Bouncy Houses. They had good prices, and a great selection. However they did not show up to my party as they had promised. It was my son's first b-day and we had about 60 people there waiting to play on the bouncy house we had promised. When I tried to call the company and find out why they weren't there, they only have one phone number listed and were closed at the time of my party. No one would answer the "office phone" becuase it was after hours. However, it is a number that has the same prefix as my Verizon cell number. They never called my home or cell, or sent me an email saying they couldn't make it. All of my friends and family were crushed, and our party was ruined. I called several times and sent emails, and still have not heard from this so called company. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never rent from this company.

I would like to apologize for any confusion. Here at Utah Bouncy Houses we respect our customers and expect respect in return. We take this serious and will not do business with disrespectful people. The woman who posted this complaint has been actively posting negative reports about us on as many sites as she can. She failed to accept our policy of not setting up equipment during rain and/or unsafe conditions. The day of this womans rental all of our events were cancelled because of the heavy rains. This was the day that all of the flooding took place in Saratoga Springs due to the heavy rains and her event was in Lehi which is only about 5 minutes from Saratoga Springs. The unusually heavy rain is the reason we were unable to deliver her equipment that day and had the weather been good we would have been happy to deliver the equipment to her house. I do accept responsability that this customer may not have been contacted it is our policy to call if we have any trouble getting to an event. I think proof of this fact is that after years in business this woman is the only one to have posted complaints against us. Here at Utah Bouncy Houses we do everything we can to bring your rentals to your home ontime, clean, and under safe weather conditions.
