My client was told that the surveyor was probably purposely holding up the survey due to him calling and inquiring about his order. My client is very upset because its been over 3 weeks since the order was last placed. However, I spoke to the office and assistant explained that Mr. Gaytan is doing his due diligence to make sure that the survey will be correct and avoid any mishaps from the issuing & assigning of lots with no prior survey. They estimate 1 more week.
