I had been curious for a while about the so called Taco Grill, today after seeing the bright red banner outside the mall for the hundredth time I decided to try it, the food looked great in the menu outside the establishment and I thought 'how much different can they be from the actual?' So I went in and ordered, as soon as I saw it was only one lady(cashier/waitress) attending I should've realized it was a mistake. The service was slow, extremely slow in fact, I didn't mind it much, I'm patient afterall, but what did upset me its that when the food did arrive it was cold, hard and bland, I ordered the Tacos Callejeros, the tortilla was hard and the meat was so tiny it looked sprinkled on plus it had an annoying celery taste to it (it was the only taste) the sides looked decent but the rice was poorly cooked. The whole meal lacked heat, when I asked the lady to heat my sides she ignored the request completely, even when I took them to her and the kitchen was next to her.
