These people are out of touch with the rest of the world ,don,t rent from them .

I felt compelled to update this review since I have been a renter for many years from Local Property Mgmt. They are professional and have taken care of my needs in a prompt manor concerning maintenance. They are polite and friendly when ever I have called. I'm sure it's hard to manage property and be everyone's friend at the same time and all the good opinions are never heard, so I wanted to relay my good experience over the years when seeing a negative one that doesn't sound like them at all.

The propety managers were rude, explaining that only one of them (not the one we had originally dealt with) could meet with us as their time was too valuable. They requested tax returns and bank statements as we are self employed. However, they could not understand our schedule C nor the profit and loss when we tried to explain it. This was altogether a very unpleasant experience.
