First I was treated as if I was lying about my food being incorrect. I let that go. Then as I was eating my steamed rice, I saw a bug crawling around in it. I am completely disgusted. I took my food back only to be directly accused of putting the bug in there myself, in front of other customers; and I was denied a refund!



WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AMONG OTHER THINGS; I have seen roaches on the walls in there also, but no longer will I stay silent after being so disrespected by the Manager himself, and his wife.

Three of us stopped in for dinner around 6:30 pm. Only one other table had a few people sitting at it. We ordered tea and looked over the menu, then ordered our meals. In the meantime three other tables filled up. In about 20 minutes all the other tables were being served their meals. Another ten minutes go by we are still not served our meals. We didn't order anything that would take so long. My boyfriend waved the waitress over and asked what was going on. She says the steaks are frozen. We were like what the... Who would have frozen meat. We were ticked at this point. So we paid for our drinks and walked out. Not sure what the real issue was for not being served. We will not step foot in that place ever again.

loved it! great atmosphere,good food and service.Only thing is they don't serve sushi at this location only the one in anchorge.
