Really screwed me over. Had him do the engineering for my addition, he took about three times longer than he said it would. When the building dept said they needed some corrections from him I called him to let him know. He said he should have it out in a week, this was in February. When I called him a month later because it hadn't been done yet he told me it was his busy season now... When I still didn't have it by mid summer I filed a complaint with BBB. He did finally get it done in November. For revenge he did the engineering which the building dept did pass, but when carpenters would look at it they would just laugh, and say the engineering was just ridiculous and would require taking all of the siding off. The siding had already been off over the summer with my weatherization project, and I had been trying to tie the two projects together, but of course Oien didn't get his work done in time to do that.
