Horrible service!!! The Girls working there are collecting a paycheck not for customer service. The Heavy Dark Haired girl must be the owners daughter. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I've had mail sent from many different places and shipping methods, but this place definitely tops it for Incompetence.... even paid $10 to certify an envelope that would have cost $.25 to mail normally. It really gets on your nerve when you have to deal with so many people that don't know what they're doing... People working here now are obviously only interested in the money not helping the customer. I agree with the first review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

There is New Management and it is Completely Incompetent, slow and Lazy. The Manager does not care about the box holder mail and my bills, magazines and parcels were sent back or lost. Her name is Tina. 6 months ago they had a really Great group of Girls running the place, Now after 15 years and several issues we have decided to move our mail and we will Never Never go back there.The Owner is Not available and apparently does not care how his Business is run. I tried to get ahold of him and when I asked the manager directly who here boss was and she LIED. Stay Clear!
