I've used these guys for years with homes, boats, cars, and lots of toys. (It's way better to go through them than main offices, especially during the Covid.) Carson's helped me a couple of times and is efficient and pleasant.

I have been with the Al Bowler Insurance Agency for about 18 years now and I insure my Home, Vehicles and toys through them.



The service has always been courteous, professional and quick. Ellen rocks and always has so whomever made that first review badly misrepresented her and this office.

I have my home and boat insured with Al Bowler. I like the fact I can walk in and talk to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ellen is especially helpful. Her attitude is warm open and professional. Never have I been high pressured and several times she has offered a solution I was not even aware of. I shopped for my boat insurance and found them to even be less expensive than Foremost Insurance.

I also have my professional camera gear insured with Al, and made a $5000 claim which was paid off within days and no hassle at all, nor was my rate increased.

I have been a customer of Al Bowler Insurance Agency for nearly three years and I have to say that the customer service I've experienced there, has been the best I've ever had from an insurance company. This agent and the professionals employed there are active in the community and I have always found them to be polite, helpful and friendly. And, they have saved me money! I have continued to recommended this agency to my friends and co-workers.

I went into the office looking for insurance on my home and cars, i was helped by a lady named Ellen and she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will not be insuring my home and cars with this office I went down the raod to a different agent and had wonderful service and a pleasent experience. This lady needs to take a class on customer service! She just lost business for that office!
