At 52 my body wasn't responding to diet and exercise the way it used to. I decided to contact InShape Apex and was intrigued by the assortment of health benefit programs they offered. I started 7/1/2015 on HCG and weighed in at 253LBS with my blood pressure at an all time high of 149/97. After 40 days on the program I weighed in at 221LBS with my blood pressure now reading 134/92. After the 40 days I decided to go on Sermorelin for 6 months to help with my workout program. As of 9/17/2015 my current weight is 214LBS while increasing my lean muscle and blood pressure is holding steady at 126/86. My energy level is through the roof and sleeping soundly at night. As for the staff... Michelle and Denny have put together a top notch staff that is very supportive and informative. Thank you InShape Apex for a job well done. I will post again once I hit my target weight of 208LBS and 18% or less body fat, exactly where I was at 42 running in a triathlon.
