There he perfected his flair for combining creative instincts and classic French culinary training to craft his signature culinary dishes-favorites like Lobster/Crab Bisque, Grouper Oscar (featuring the best homemade hollandaise sauce you'll ever taste), and French Quarter Chocolate Sin Cake. Dinner Bell Caf Mark and his family opened Dinner Bell Caf in May 2007 bringing his unique brand of French-style cuisine to Cape Coral in a fun tropical setting that reflects the casual Southwest Florida lifestyle enjoyed by both seasonal and year-round residents.
