Went there to pick up 1/4 of a beef , given as gift by family . All quality was 5 star ! Was cut wrapped / package to my desire. Done on time waiting when I arrived !
I wonder why people with issues did not call , or go back ? Folks told me if I had questions to call or come back if I had questions , or concerns, they seemed to care about me !

Not sure why these other people had issues. Our family got a prime rib roast this year for Christmas, it was hands down the best prime rib I've ever had. I have gotten meat from him in the past, never any issues.

Bought a primerib on Friday and Saturday I was getting ready to cook it for family and when I opened the package the meat was green and smelled rotten. I am not going to buy meat from here again. I am going to inform every one in town about this.

Was given half a hog for Christmas by the kids. While gratefull for the gift, the bacon and sausage were of such a terrible taste and quality that we ended up throwing most of it out. DON'T get it there!
