I was extremely disappointed with the move. A lot of things that were in control of Dodge Moving went wrong. There is no planning at Dodge Moving. They spend all their time trying to fix what went wrong when they should have just planned it better in the first place. They did show up, so I'm giving them 2 stars rather than 1 star. Other than that, though, bad scheduling, broken things, etc. When I first called them to schedule a move, they were extremely responsive and incredibly helpful. After I signed on the dotted line to hire them, the helpfulness went from superb to abysmal. When things went wrong, I tried calling them multiple times to have a discussion, but calls always went to voicemail (no matter what day of the week or what time) and they avoid calling you back when they know the conversation is about something that went wrong. Definitely don't recommend.
