Run for your life! Do not use these people. They quoted us for a shuttle move - a semi and a smaller truck to shuttle our things to the semi as we lived in a small cul de sac. They sent one small truck which couldn't hold it of course, then had to send another truck to pick up the difference. They refused to credit us for the shuttle service quoted at approx. $1500 additional. I had to fly to Dallas two weeks apart as the second truck didn't get there until then. The movers left all my furniture blanket wrapped with rubber bands when they put it into storage. When I complained that I had to sign the ticket, I was told "don't worry - you have 6 months to file a claim". When we finally arrived in Dallas 3 months later and had a local company move us out of storage, they pointed out all the damage as they unwrapped the furniture at the storage locker. My claim was just denied - one of them a high value item - because "the damage was not noted on the delivery ticket". If you want someone you can trust - don't use Fry Wagner/United!
