Didn't even make it far enough in the phone call to ask about part availability. Why do I need to provide personal information to see if part XYZ is available? I will find somewhere else to call.

our family has been with this company for 13 years , when they switched over to Numotion it was down hill new policies and sucky people at the phones we got a bed through them and now they refuse to fix it even though its under warranty unbelievable we are leaving this company because they SUCK in customer service

The employment practices within this organization is horrible. My sister worked here around 3 years. When she sought employment outside their office with another competitor and she got hired they refused to provide her with employment verification and then they brought her into the office and confronted her about seeking employment with another employer. She was demoted, written up and harass on several different occasions. They recently let her go accusing her of accusations of being rude to a vendor which her job description is processing claims with patients and not speaking with vendors. She got new employment just a week after being fired of no fault of her own and they still refuse to verify her employment which is unlawful. We submitted paperwork with EEOC. This company is horrible!

love these guys sure it takes awhile but the process of insurance is whats doing it and ordering the parts its a bunch of red tape but the company is great been doing business with them for over 13 years

"Customer Service" is not a ph...

"Customer Service" is not a phrase recognized by this company. We've been using them for a little over 2 years, and I have never called and had someone answer the phone. I ALWAYS have to leave a voice mail, and never get a return call right away. This time I waited over 2 weeks, and the only reason they just called me was because I called another DME company, and it just turned out that they order through US&M, so they called them. Low and behold, I get a phone call from US&M. The woman on the phone had no clue that I was a current customer, and then informed me that the person I use to deal with (Teresa Wolf) is no longer with the company. They transferred me to Michelle, who apparently took Teresa's place, (and the person I left a message with 2 wks ago). She was unapologetic, and seemed like she could have cared less about what I needed. I don't know if they are overworked, or what; but I have only ever dealt with one person at that company that smiled, or acted like they cared about the customer's needs; and that is the guy that comes out to set up/adjust our equipment. I can't remember his name.

This company needs to realize that they are not the only DME company and with customer service like this, I can't imagine that customers will continue to utilize their services. Not to mention, they are in the business of helping people that have special needs, and that use this equipment to get through day-to-day life.

I'm very disappointed, and am in the process of switching to Med Resources. Every person that I have spoken with there has been very gracious, and helpful.
