i do not know who writes these good reviews, they have a family working there, i bet they all take turns, this is the worst place, soo nice, so friendly, they do not know what they are doing, their help is ignorant of repaiers, customers do not get repairs done right, i had to help the guy today, do front end alignment, no no no, they are not good, no good mechanics, just part changers,

I went in to get tires put on they bluntly told me I had about a 30 min wait and they would get me in as soon as they could. Didn't seem like I was there long at all. The prices are affordable and I will never find myself going to another mechanic shop. The staff is awesome, very friendly! I recommend you to go there!!!!!

We LOVE Carolina Auto!! Their service is always fast and friendly. My neighbor recommended it to us a few years ago and we have been servicing all our vehicles there ever since. They price match on tires and always have great coupons. They are also honest about telling you what your vehicle really needs. We have never had a long wait and if it is going to be more than a half hour service, they will tell you and offer choices. We appreciate that and dont mind waiting to have the job done right!

We have told all our friends and family to take their cars there. We love those guys!!

Don't go here unless you have a lot of free time to spare; any service takes FOREVER. I got new tires a couple of weeks ago and I was there for nearly THREE HOURS. I got a nail in my new tire and made the mistake of returning there for a patch. When I bought four brand new (expensive) tires, they said the tires had a lifetime warranty, so I thought the patch might be covered (it wasn't). I spent another TWO HOURS there just to get one tire patched. I wasn't even told they carry used tires until after I'd bought four brand new ones. The price of the tires was abhorrent. At least the staff was pretty friendly, but the wait time was ridiculous and inexcusable. The staff never even apologized about it. I'll never go back. If you go here, plan to make a day of it. Pack a lunch and bring a book. And a lot of money.

Over at Carolina tire and automotive You wont get taken for a ride. The owner Tony is an honest guy he doesnt take advantage of customers in any way and the prices are lower than average. I highly recomend Carolina Tire and beleve me born and raised in New York City I know a thing or two about shady mechanics who just want to take your $$$$$. Trust Tony he is a friend of ours...
