My mother called to find out some information for an apartment and the person over the phone hung up on her when she questioned a waiting list. Rude twit.

So, I called this establishment and done as the voicemail indicated and no response. Finally got her on the phone after 15 times calling. Also, this was a Thursday and she reprimanded me she told me she had an emergency but did not say this on voicemail. I'm here today at 8:00 Tuesday and no one is here...I'm in a wheelchair and this is time consuming for me.. I will find out who owns this property and Report!!!!

Went to apply for leasing and the Manager in the office with the door LOCKED! Answers the phone looking at us with the blinds open and said come back in February which is Monday! Refused to allow a look at the property or give any requirement information and hung up the PHONE! This person has NO business in this position as she showed NO PROFESSIONALISM at all! Trying to find Corporate information to file a complaint, this is an FYI as I found the experience to be simply APPALLING! (??)
