I am a 19 year old female who went to this location for an oil change and tire rotation, that is it. Instead I was scammed out of 600 dollars for a part that I did not even need on my car. I wish I would have taken someone (preferably a male) who knew about cars with me so that I would still have that 600 dollars. I just think it is pretty sad when a company is so greedy that they will take advantage of you and tell you lies just to cheat you out of your hard earned money. It was a lesson learned and I will not be going back because a company like that does not deserve my business, I will just stick with the local shops.

The attempted an unethical up-sell during a $20 oil change. While the car was on the lift the service guys and Amie the manager tried to sell a new set of tires. When the tire "deal" pitched was refused, the bil for the oil change was paid in full. When driving out of the Goodyear parking lot a noise coming from the front right side was noticed. The car was taken back to Goodyear after being driven ~1/4 mile. There was a 2 inch bolt in the front right tire. The service team and manager refused to remove the bolt and plug the tire saying it would be unsafe and a minimum of 2 new tires would have to be purchased. No doubt the Goodyear staff intentionally inserted the bolt into the tire. I had the car taken to a reputable tire dealer in town and repaired.



They are unethical, unprofessional scammers who target young women in their 20s who drive newer, higher-end car models. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!
