Over cooked food.

Sept.4,08, my wife and I stopped at Hardees for three Spicy Chicken Sandwiches.

We like these very much. Well the three that we got were so over cooked, that my wife couldn't eat them. The extra crisp and dark color could have been from old grease. If we weren't already on our way home, I would have brought them back to the store. But I didn't. We have eaten these at many of your restaurants, and this is the first time that we got all three sandwiches unexceptable!!! I am a disabled person and we live on a disability check. So eating out is much out of the question. But Hardee's Spicy Chicken Sandwiches is a treat that we enjoy when my check comes in.
