I only give this place 1 star because 0 is not an option. Should not be called a "Medical Center," let alone hospital. I will personally tell every person I see for the rest of my life to avoid this place. If I have a heart attack or near-fatal accident in the parking lot of Palmetto Baptist, I will request to be taken to Greenville Memorial or St. Francis.
