We hired owner Kevin Aiken of Absolute Concrete to do a concrete driveway in our newly purchased home in Grand Island, NY. Within a couple months the driveway cracked and pitted. When we contacted him he said it was bad concrete from his supplier, Lafarge Concrete. We contacted Lafarge, they sent out a representative and then refused to give us a copy of their findings. They told us we had to deal with Absolute Concrete. We have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Aiken and he will not return our phone calls. Also, we are not the only homeowner in this development who used them with the same issue. Never hire Absolute or use Lafarge cement. Their product, workmanship and customer service is horrible!
