Terrible Experience! Ordered a retractable awning 4/14/21, was told 4 to 6 weeks. After many phone calls with no return calls on July 19 (summer almost over) I requested my order be cancelled and my deposit refunded, recieved a call the next day "We will be there today to install your awning".
Awning would not open or close properly, then finally stopped working altogether. I told them I wanted my money back, all they did was blame the supplier and told me I was really sunsetters customer, I was told "we don't manufacture the product" as if i wasn't smart enough to know that, arrogant. Only after more than a month of a none functioning awning mounted to my house did they come to remove it 9/2, and give me a refund. They only care about how things affected them and could care less about thier customer. Left my wall damaged from the installation and said they weren't responsible

Go ELSEWHERE!!! I purchased a garage door opener to be installed. They did not install the key pad. I had to call for service after just 2 months. It took 2 weeks for them to call me back and schedule an appointment for the next day between 12-3. I had to take the day off work to be home. At 3:15 no one had showed up so I called the office. The girl laughed and said it wasn't on the schedule!
